Rempart’s primary registration is with the Autorite des marches financiers (AMF) in the province of Québec.

Rempart is also registered with the other following Canadian provinces: Ontario, Manitoba, Alberta, and British Columbia.

Rempart is registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in the United States and can serve clients in any U.S. state.

All of Rempart’s portfolio managers are individually registered in all of the above mentioned Canadian and U.S. jurisdictions.

All Rempart personnel adhere to the CFA Institute’s Code of Ethics and Investment Management Standards. Further, Rempart has policies and procedures in place to ensure all portfolios are managed on an equitable and client-first basis.

Custody of assets is with third party custodians with whom Rempart has had long standing professional relationships.

The custodians that Rempart deals with are all duly registered with the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada (IIROC). This self-regulating body regulates investment dealers in Canada.

Rempart’s financial statements are audited annually by Richter LLP.

Rempart’s legal counsel is Dentons Canada LLP.
